Now there's been a few skins coming out, is there any possibility that the cup draw module can be edited to have different graphics?

No wonder the results in these videos are off. Does give a false impression of the game tbh

Final suggestion! Could the menu bar on the left change colour to whatever team you was viewing? So if I'm Man Utd it changes to Red, if I view Man City it changes to Sky Blue.

Cup Draws - Is it possible to amend the graphics so any cup which uses the new Module, will have shiny graphics like the Champions League does? I know the FA Cup utilises the new module so would be fantastic if it was improved in this regard

Also...I'm really unsure what the top left graphic is all about in the Game (not related to this skin), so could we amend the graphic in this area? The bit I'm referring to is what looks like a newspaper having been cut out.

Really like the look of this skin and also think it's wonderful how you can mod it yourself. For future releases would it be possible to do this: [Match Day] Have a few extra tabs along the bottom such as this which was on Zealand skin

The less clicks the better IMHO so have more tabs along the top so the user gets to perform actions quicker. This has been taken from the Zealand skin but it would benefit the game out of the box so much to see this

In an effort to reduce the amount of items in the news section, howabout have 1 news item that pops up about the forthcoming International Weekend along with all of your players that have been picked. Less News items and more immersive about the international break.

To limit the amount of items in the In Box, could this be incorporated into the team meeting at the beginning of the season. So it introduces you furthermore to your top players who are likely to be picked for their country and as a rule, how long would you want your internationals to play in specific games. Then have an instruction on how to amend this in the player profile screen should you wish to tweak it for certain players should they be picked. More immersive and one less item in the news box

Long term player of FM18 Touch here and although I purchased FM21 and FM22, neither grabbed me but (and call me shallow if you like) but the cup draw module in FM23 along with the match engine changes are really making me want to purchase. Thing is, in my long term FM18 save, there seems to be a dearth of Inside Forwards. Does this happen in the beta for anyone who's simulated a long time? Any other positions which disappear or is this all nicely balanced now for long term games?

I'm well up for buying this version. The cup draw module for me, although superfluous for some is a game changer. Really makes those cups special again, but...I do fear this game is broke in some way. Tom FM simulated 100 years and the top flight was littered with lower league teams and Costa Rica winning the league. Seeing Liverpool win above by such a ridiculous margin is alarming too. Plus in a game by a streamer, Conte got the sack from Spurs. It's here I discovered apparently the game isn't good with defensive/moderate tactics? No wonder I've scored 1 goal in 5 in FM22 using a similar methodology I employed in FM18...a methodology I had to employ as the players get tired quickly. I really want to be positive but fearing the worst at the moment

Watching a streamer this afternoon, it would seem this module IS in the game after all. Looks very bland mind you but editible enough for enterprising Skinner's to work their magic

Could you post screenies of the fa cup Draws and also the draws for future world cups/euros. My purchase is hanging on this tbh as if they've only given the full treatment to champions league then that would be very disappointing indeed

With the news that the fantastic European draw mechanism won't be applied to all cups with their appropriate graphics, will it be possible to manually edit the game so this does happen for all cups? With a lot of us preferring to manage in lower leagues, the League cup and especially fa cup ar important too. Intact the fa cup used to be considered the greatest trophy in the world (in England anyway 😉) But seems a crying shame if the other cups, no matter the division, doesn't get the big build up like they do in real life.

For those that have the Beta, do all cup competitions have th new draw module? Appreciate they don't have all the licenses but would be nice if the 'event' of a cup draw that they have applied to the CL will be replicated to all cup competitions

With the BETA, is it the case you can only select 1 league or is it essentially the full game with a disclaimer there may be some dodgy bugs in it and so this 2 week period gives them a chance to iron out?

I'm 45 with 2 kids also and I still play FM. It's the reason why I loved FM13 classic and FM18 touch.FM and games in general are a leisurely pursuit. No different from your spouse playing 'Candy Crush' or whatever is popular these days or going out to play football, fishing etc. If you enjoy playing FM, as long as you're not neglecting fatherly duties then you'll be fine
