I am experiencing the same issue (screenshot below). It's quite disheartening that SI hasn't provided any assistance with this problem. I've noticed other users facing the same issue for months, even in previous versions of FM, and the Admins from SI, who worked on the advanced editor, haven't offered any help.
It's unfortunate because it appears there might be an inherent issue with the Serbia's nation rules. Even when I don't make any changes and attempt to verify, I encounter the following result.
