I have a big issue with my scouting. I have many scouts with 20-20 for example with restrictions to scout up to 23 year old players.
But the problem is that they only find 2-7 players on each scout report, also my scout who is in Eastern Europe only have players from England in his raport.
How do I change this so I can get the best out of my scouts?

This happend to me too. in 2030 my president for Real Madrid promised that he would sign two players for a total of 2.5 billions SEK if he got re-elected. I don't have place for them in the squad and i have lots of talants that i rather want to give some minutes.
The players aren't bad at all, matter fact they are world class but I just don't need them.
A little motivation for this save has disapperead but i guess I have do deal with it.

I also have that problem. My scout for Eastern Europe finds players in UK.
My scouts do not only ''break'' their assignment, they do not found more than 4-7 players on each scoutraport. I really don't know whts's going on.
It's frustraiting when I think I scout whole South America but end up with other teams founds the best youngsters.
