  1. He's just decent on my save. I sold him on second season to Lille for 12.5M and got him back a year after that for half of the price (he was not playing at all there). Right now (2029) hes 25 and happens to be a rotation squad member.
  2. We did it! We clinched the title after an epic final battle against Elfsborg, away from home. We were a point behind them so it was a 'win or nothing' situation. We outplay them for the whole game. I saw that they were playing very narrowly and their striker was only 1,74m so I put my backline a bit lower and close all the ways through the center, trying to force them to play down the wings and cross to that small striker. Now it's time to strenght the team with some quality signings.
  3. HAMMARBY IF | 2023-24 We had a bit of a mid season slump in July... ...starting with a 0-4 at home against Degerfors. They were bottom of the league at that point, so I knew something bad was happening. We tried our best in UECL but unfortunately got FC Twente instead of some gibraltarian team. Good thing is that we can fully focus on the league. We got on track again pretty quickly after those bad results and we still on top of the league with 6 games to go. It's going to be hard because Elfsborg is also winning everything and any loss or draw could cost us the title. PS: We play Elfsborg on the final day of the season so that could be interesting. I know IRL they lost the title on the last match against Malmo so I hope we do the same. This boy was on the B team scoring and assisting like crazy so I cancel the loan to give him some serious play time. Looks promesing (and he just turned 17): He has already scored some goals with us, I hope we can keep him a bit more.
  4. Started with Hammarby IF this year, I'm living in Helsinki right now and I wanted to play a nordic save, specially now that winter is coming. We are currently sitting top of the league after a very solid start. Looking for some nordic gems, goal is to make a team that only plays Scandinavian + Finnish players.
  5. Sorry I think I didn’t explain myself very well! I was talking about when a player complains about the lack of depth in X position and then, no matter what your answer is, all the squad feels that you treated him poorly, so they lose the confidence in you.
  6. Yes It’s the full version.
  7. Have you guys with kinda advanced saves had problems with those famous complains about squad depth? I think that’s the only thing I consider a bit game breaker.
  8. As you can see, in the promises section there is a mix between English and Spanish. Correct way will be "Cree que falta calidad en el puesto de mediocentro" or something like that.
  9. Seems like it's working properly for Boca and River: But not for other teams: I think this is from FM21:
  10. Well, no. FM20: FM22: FM23 Pre-Winter Patch Maybe the quality isn’t the best (I don’t have my laptop atm) but you can clearly see. I’ll also attach an european team example pre fm23: IBIZA: Contratado por EL Ibiza. RIVER: Contratado por River. RACING CLUB: Contratado por Racing Club. No articles in South America. It’s just bad translation and it affects a proper experience.
  11. Right. I think it's a problem just in South America. It was always correct until last year. I started playing in FM2008 and these articles were not there for all this years until FM23.
  12. The main problem is not the translation per se, just the articles before club names in South American teams. This is something that wasn’t a problem before FM23 feb patch. In Spain, it’s common to say “El Barcelona” (meaning “The Barcelona”) but in latin countries like Argentina we just say “River, “Boca”, “Flamengo”… If you look at the OP screenshot you’ll see “Contratado por EL Quilmes” instead of “Contratado por Quilmes”. It’s just not realistic to read EL Boca or EL River.
  13. Hey there! First of all, I want to apologize about my english since is not my mother tongue but I'll try my best to make me readable. I took control of Blackburn and we have a successfull season, making 100 points and of course getting promoted to Premier League. Now I'm thinking about making some changes in my 4-3-3. This is my current tactic: As you can see, it's an aggresive possession tactic (or thats what I think). I took some ideas from this forum (active reader here but not really a posting machine) and it worked wonders. What changes do you usually make when you get promoted? This is the Premiership so I can't play like this. I have 40M~ to spend and I'm looking to properly strength my squad. I have to say I don't want to change my style since this is the football I like and I'm not comfortable with defend-first tactics, but I want to know if you do radical changes when you go up into a new league. This is what I was thinking: - Not wingbacks but regular fullbacks. - Change the half-back into a regular DM. - Maybe change the RPM and sign a strong, brave BBM. - Put the DLF into attack (maybe change the role for a more aggressive one), since the space will be behind the defences and not in front of the centre backs, at least at the competition beginning. - Definitely no high press, just a mid block but maybe keep the higher line to make us more compact in defence and help us in possession. What are you thoughts about this? How do you approach this big changes?
