AI choses to send off injured player

Radnički 1923 v Partizan.pkm Sorry for late response, here it is. I'm not sure you can see much here, match timeline shows AI team had injury and instead of using substitution they chose just to send off injured player. Happened few times, this was a first time I saved match file. -
AI choses to send off injured player when team had 5 substitutions available.
