do you have any tips on getting the squads work rate up? When signing players it says whether they are professional or not, but doesn’t always mean they are hard working. Is there a way of getting an idea of work rate from scout report or personality?

Hi guys, the game this year is once again a step up on last year, really enjoying he player relationships especially.

 

Quick Q; I have players who are professional and hard working (as detailed in their training / coach reports) but influence on squad in these areas will be neutral / negative? I could understand if they were youth players that aren’t in the core but this is happening with key players and therefore struggling to get my team dynamics to higher than a C in these areas.

I’ve actually found this years harder. 
 

found it difficult to find a successful tactic with an excellent squad I have built up, world class players struggling to get over an average of 7.0 whilst scraping out victories

 

cant seem to solve “wasteful goalkeeper distribution” and “poor use of width” feedback either ..
