I guess it wasn't about FM21 beta. I did fan cleaning and thermal paste replacement. I also turned off the turboboost feature. I watched a full match in FM21 Beta and my cpu is 2.6 ghz was stable.

I do not have a problem with the processor in normal use. But when playing FM21, my processor speed drops to 0.38 ghz and the game freezes. 

I did everything that needed to be done. But while the game is open, it becomes unplayable. I wonder if the problem is due to beta?
