Great season! Congrats!

In the Nations League we drew 4-4 with Norway, but we defeated Kosovo 2-1.

In August we won two matches and drew. Other Romanian Teams in European Competitions UCL: Farul Constanța: Farul Constanța played with Sporting in round 3 and although, they defeated them 2-0 in the first match, in the second they lost on penalties, so they will play in the UEL groups. UEL: FCSB: FCSB played with Olympiacos in the UEL play-off, but they lost 2-1 in Greece and 1-0 at home. Farul Constanța: Farul Constanța will play in the group with Atalanta, Nacional da Madeira and Wolfsberg. It should take at least 3rd place, if not 2nd place. Conference League: CFR Cluj: CFR Cluj defeated Tobyl in round 2 with 5-2, defeated Haugesund in round 3 with 5-4, but they were defeated by AEK Athens on penalties in play-off. Sepsi: Sepsi defeated Ruzomberok on penalties in round 3, but was eliminated by Partizan in the play-offs after winning 3-1 at home.

In the UCL groups we will play with Chelsea, PSG and Hajduk. In the 3rd place we are not allowed not to take it, but in the 2nd place we don't have much chances. However, I think we have a good chance of reaching the semifinals or even winning the UEL if we finish in 3rd place.

We finished July only with victories. We brought 3 players this month, on which we spent a total of 47M euros. Also this month we sold 4 players, including Bryan Sequeira, one of the best players, for 28M euros.

We have 10 players in Romanian First League Team of the Season Sequeira have the most assists in Romanian First League. Cedeno is the Top Goalscorer in Liga 1, again, for the third time, and at 2 goals is Jorge Lopez.

We won the Romanian Cup, but also Liga 1 again, with 63 points, at 15 by Farul Constanța, 3rd place, which will play in round 2 UCL, while we will play in UCL groups. FCSB, which finished 3rd, will play in the UEL play-offs, and Sepsi in the 3rd round of the Conference League. Our facilities were downgraded.

Unfortunately, we lost both matches with Inter, 4-1 at home and 3-2 at home, after leading 2-0 immediately after the break. In League 1 we are on the first place, 12 points from Farul Constanța, 2nd place. However, I'm glad we made it to the UCL quarterfinals. It's an incredible performance.

In Nations League B we will play with Kosovo, Norway and Slovenia.

In the EURO 2028 groups we will play with Portugal (again), Serbia and Sweden.

Even though we lost 1-0 to Leipzig in Germany, we managed to qualify in the quarterfinals, where we will play with Inter. I think we have a chance in the semifinals, but unfortunately we have about 3 or 4 starters who are injured and can't play. If we beat Inter we will play in the semifinals with Manchester City or Real Madrid.
