I think a cool feature to add would be the addition of the England and Wales C teams. It would be great for non league management saves for your players to be selected to play against other C teams, under 23/18s of smaller nations and international tournaments. Also the chance to potentially manage the C team and select your best non league international team would be very interesting. In real life a lot of these players go on to play in the football league and it could act as a way to increase player values and reputation if selected, this would further add to the realism and depth of the already great game.
