Also you van vhange your attacking intensity and it may increase the tactical familiarity a bit ( it won't max it though).

 

Yeah, I have 2 players from my club team and they are the only 2 with max tactical familiarity

Most of my players on the national team have about halfway of tactical familiarity.

 

How do I improve this??

 

I do not see any training for national teams.

I am playing as FC Porto. I have won 5 league titles and I won the Champion's League last season.

The Euro ended and many national team jobs were available. I applied for all of them and every few days I get a message saying I am not the right person for the job.

 

I had this problem with FM 2020. 

Can I use editor to make myself the head coach of a country?

I got an  injury alert saying an opposing player should be replaced. I clicked on button to let me make a change. It went to opponent tactics. I was not allowed to make any change.

 

I was also not able to press the cancel button so I had to wait for the game to end with the opponent tactics window open.

I also have had penalties go either way. 

The VAR disallowing of goals EVERY time is just annoying!

[BUG - # of coaches allowed increased from 6 to 6!]

I  have asked for more coaches allowed successfully a few times. I was initially refused but after discussing it the board approved it.

I now asked for more coaches to be allowed for my U19 team. The board said no but I appealed and they accepted. I then got a message saying that the U19 # of coaches had increased from 6 to 6!

I have all 5 players that I signed 1 year ago demanding a new contract. It is starting to take some of the fun out of the game.

Players making a lot are demanding even more. It is insane.

I have several young players who do not get starts for U19 or B team.

 

I have tried making them the starter in the screen where I am asked what 1st team players to make available but the head coach apparetly overrides me and puts them on the bench.

 

Is there a way to force them to start?

I googled it and found it. You have to do a SEARCH in preferences which is weird.

 

Why not show ALL settings when you choose ALL from the drop down menu?

I have been playing for 1/2 season. I had a game with 3.87 xG and scored only 1 which is 2.87 goals less.

In past FMs there was a way to set the default for loans so that I would always ask for 100% salary for example. Where is this now??

 

Also where can I change the colors at which statistics change colors?

I put the game down for many months and started playing again. I have now won 3 Champion's Leagues in 4 years yet I still can NOT get any international job.

Hi,

 

I have won 5 league title with FC Porto and 1 Champion's League but anytime I apply for an international head coach job I am told that I am not the right person.

 

My reputation is high.

 

I applied for 10 jobs after the Euro when most teams fired their coach.

 

I never had trouble getting international jobs in previous FMs.
