[Defender's clearing ball behind for Corners]

I don't know if it has to do with what defenders I have, but my players seem to clear the ball out behind for an opposition corner way too often. When they have plenty of room (5-10 yards) to turn and play the ball, or to simply boot it up the field. They're set to play out from the back as BPD, but I just don't like how frequently they clear in behind when it's extremely easy for them to pivot and clear it away.

[Way too Many offsides]

I haven't changed my tactics much at all since I started playing this game in the winter, I run a 4-1-2-3, 4-2-3-1, or a 4-2-2-2 with wingbacks on support. But starting about a week ago, there seems to be way more offsides, I'm talking close to 10 per team per game. I don't know if this is the case with anyone else, or if that is even that high for some people, but it's just something I've been noticing. Usually I would see 5-10 max per game.

I lost the premier league with 4 games to go to Liverpool, the Champions League Final to Liverpool, the FA Cup Final to Liverpool, the Carabau Cup Quarter Final to Liverpool, and the Community Shield to Liverpool. I don't know what to even think about that lol.
