  1. I disagree. All of the roles help you choose the player's movement and actions. Want your midfielders to cover the wing/complete wing backs? Use a carrilero. Want to cover against the counter? Half Back. I feel that the current amount is enough.

  3. @destmez The video you linked is exactly what I was thinking of. Adding that would bring a lot more realism to the game. And to your second post, yes. Even if it only works with certain clubs/nations (Watford, AFC Wimbledon), they could simply add a way for players to add their own 3d-packs (like logopacks/facepacks). Even if they didn't add any with the base version and required the player to add their own, it would be a huge step.
  4. I would really like to see a potential match engine feature in FM where, for those who choose 3D match viewing, they can see the actual players' faces like you would on TV. Even if it would take a few years for an implementation of this, I feel it would be a major step forward. Even if it would only work with clubs which work with SI (Watford, AFC Wimbledon), it would still be a big change and could put FM into the chase against games like FIFA or PES (FIFA has PC version).   5. I honestly don't see that many things in the photos that I don't know how to quickly find in the normal skin. There are some improvements shown, yes, but not many, and only one or two may be obstructed in any way. If it is obstructed (CA, PA, Hidden Attributes), you can't just get it from a different skin (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). Also, just a suggestion: calm the tone down. Be a bit nicer. You would be more likely to get a response; or, better yet, a change in the game.
  6. Firstly, love the game and work you guy put in! I like the new semi-negotiable function for fees and clauses. However, when negotiating transfers, I find myself wanting a certain "final" fee (i.e. after everything is added, the total should be $x amount). Could you consider adding a semi-negotiable lock to the potential cash value during transfers?

  8. If you wanted to create a fictional league in pre-game editor, just make a league, one team, then make everything 10 on everything (or what you wish), then copy, paste the team into the league. As many teams as you wish.
  9. I also got Mbappe a bit more often recently. I'd cap at 200 million pounds. In FM20 you shouldn't need to surpass that. Use installments if necessary. Always worth the price. Nearly 50 goals in the league in a season.

  11. I have Mbappe. Game done. But in FM19 Pietro Pellegri was a beast. Wait 5 years, he becomes a world beater (goals and the bank if you get him.) But in 20 Pellegri isn't as good.   13. A few of us who have accessed or regularly experiment with the program files for FM20 have likely tried out the archive extractor. For FM19, I was able to edit the simatchviewer.fmf file to add audio commentary. However, I was unable to replicate this as the file locations changed. Editing the files also seems to either crash the game, or change things you don't want changed (in the case of simatchviewer.fmf, making the players invisible and turning the pitch red.) Does anyone know where I can find the folders/archives to edit the sounds? Has anyone already done this?
  14. Despite many of us playing with no sound, hyper speeding through matches or using instant result, some of us still like to play sound on. But have any of you ever wanted audio commentary to pair with text? Last year, you could use resource archiver and download a pack from FM Scout and, with a little work, attain audio commentary. However, this year the sound files are stored somewhere else and trying to edit crashes the game. But for FM 2021 or 2022, could the SI team consider adding straight into the game/releasing a steam workshop item to download as an audio commentary patch? Or make a "so
  15. I liked this in the older FM's. You could explain why you accepted/rejected the offer (like I accepted because the player is surplus to req.'s, and rejected because the offer was too low).
