The option to keep history after retirement is missing for everyone except players and head coaches, It would be great to use it with assistant managers and other staff to let this profile stay in game after staff retire.
Also I believe it is a bug that the players or staff with free transfer status and players with double role (player/manager) are lacking this option. It is frustrating to see star players vanishing from the game due to the fact they couldn`t find a new team.
Hope it is possible to fix this during beta testing
