I tried cleaning the cache and the public beta, both do not work

Thank you Kyle, I tried the public beta but unfortunately it does not fix the probelm.

What should I do to move to the public beta branch?

The problem seems related to playoffs and the last patch. See here:

Same thing here. It seems something related to playoffs as I am experiencing this issue in the first match of the playoffs Serie C season 2022. Notice that the problem didn't occur in the playoffs I played in the previous season, before the patch update 20.2. So, this is probably related to playoffs and the last patch.
