It happens in every tactic screen (in match, or at the main tactic screen) after making a subs using drag & drop function

When it comes to arranging the subs in tactic screen, it showed wrong players especially after changing players

[8 Penalties in one game]

Same here, and sometimes the referee got the decision wrong even after consulting with VAR
