I can confirm this is a bug, I started a new save with another premier league team and they are getting the 7.7 million a month in revenue from tv, check the images below for reference
You'll see I'm gettin the 7.7 million a month with Newcastle yet I'm not getting anything with Portsmouth other than the 1.1 million you get when the match gets selected for tv - can you guys fix it in my save file? I'm a year further into the game, I uploaded an updated version of my career titled "1st Career.fm" onto owncloud today.
I've noticed over a few seasons in my save that my club I am playing as are not receiving any TV revenue
in Medical and Development Centre, Training and Finances
