  1. in relation to injuries and preventing them, I would like to ask if there are more people who would like to have the following in a future game.

In the training screen under the heading rest, you can adjust the intensity of training, among other things. The medical staff also gives advice on which intensity to follow, but this does not change automatically. I'd really like this option to be added, because I now have to check back at every stop because the advice might have changed again, causing hassle with unnecessary light training, etc.

I've also noticed the "Low Crosses" instruction doesn't seem to have any effect. I turned it on, but when I look at the extended highlights they're all head-height crosses.
    Anyone else seeing this?

Yes I noticed during my save game almost every crossing was heading to the far post. Tried to fix it by going for low crosses, near post, central or targetman, but you are right it doesn't help at all:( I think more than 90% is a cross heading to the far post. I don't get why all my players do that because my wingers who are always there don't have good heading attributes.

Like ive already stated, you could play with this in many ways: with friends or alone. I know you won't be able to do transfers (unless for some reason you were playing together with a friend and he gave you the responsibility to sign youth players), but you could try and make suggestions to the head coach or even talk to the manager, like the way you would talk to the board, and request that you could sign young players. If he says no, you could still request.

But if you were playing alone it would be good to win as many trophies at under 23/18 level as you can, because in the future the main manager could be sacked and you could be in the running for it. The fans would be behind you if they have seen you rise from the bottom. Look a Jody Morris for example: He was head coach of under 18's of Chelsea in 2016/17, did very well and moved on to be Frank Lampard's number 2. Why cant it happen in this game? You could also do so well that main clubs in lower leagues also see this and try and offer for you. There is so much that this can offer - I could go on and on!

Well said David! I had sort of the same idea in my head for some years and I was discussion this with some of my friend. This idea of having more possibilities to start you career as a youth manager at the club of your choice would definitely be a great idea:) Winning the Champions league, or any other league or cup for youth teams is very cool and would probably result in the possibility to take a job as a head coach some where or at you current team as David says.
