[[Sugestion] Tactical Dynamic]

1. Dynamic formation. In reality a lot of team linesup, attack(in possesion), and defense(out of possesion) with different formation, even they have different formation during transition when building up from the back and when arriving to the final third. This would be a great feature.

2. Custom player role/ no role. It would be great if we players could decide how the player behave and play like what we desire, a player without any specific role and custom instruction in any position will be great for the tactical aspect of the game.

3. ME improvement. We believe you guys could make a better ME. in FM21 we really expect the main problem of ME in FM20 such as bad shooting/crossing angle, bad player desicion at the final third and any other problem to be solved, you guys must learn from FM20.

I am a big fan of football and football manager, FM20 is a great game but needs a lot of improvement. Wish you all the best for FM21. Thanks

[wide player going narrow]

acctually i am not sure if this is a bug or not, because it always happen in every fm series I played (since fm 15) and it still happen in fm 20. the wide players (amr, aml, mr, and ml) always move center of the pitch in the attacking half regardless the instruction I gave to keep wide or the role I gave to the players, it is so annoying, the tactical set up and instruction I gave feels useless. please fix this problem, this make the game unrealistic. please tell me if any PKM is still needed, because i think every match post in the forum will have the same problem. thx

By the way, the crash is no more since i delegate the "provides team selection advice " task specifically to my assistant manager rather than randomly to my back room staff, but i think other player will still have the same problem as mine, please fix the crash, and thanks for the response

Hello,

my football manager 20 keep crashing while playing, it crash specifically when i click the "team selection advice" message in the "inbox" panel inside the game, i have tried the crash fix by deleting the cache, preferences folder  and verify the game files, but nothing works and it still crash,  please help
