FM mostly processes in single core.

The issue with that laptop is the base clock speed is low, and although the boost speed is higher, it may get throttled to the lower speed under load so you may be left with less than ideal performance.

Ok I order this for 502€. Brand new from shop

Decent - again be sure you're happy with the potential pitfalls of a used machine and take that into consideration.  But specs wise, that'll be solid for FM.

Almost all new laptops from store what I can buy with my budget have processor Core i5-1035G1. Is enough for 3 nations only with top divisions ? Or even for more ? Sry that I make a lot questions but I’m completely amateur in laptops etc and already because your help I avoid to mistaken buy.
PS : looks like single core is only 1GHz... not so much. Also I read that FM mostly use one or two cores right ?

The listed hardware requirements are the same for FM Touch as they are for the "full fat" FM.  I also wouldn't recommend going above your budget - the ones linked earlier will work fine for the game.

If you can afford the laptop with the 4500U, then by all means go for it as it is a decent processor, especially as far the lower power variants go.  But, if affording that much is going to be busting your budget, then don't do it.

    Alright. U mean this one >>> https://www.coolblue.nl/product/861465/acer-aspire-3-a315-23-r1k8.html

PS: This laptop have screen 50hz it will be noticeable that is not 60hz ?

  4. My budget is 500€. But I found “Lenovo Ideapad 5 15are05“ for 699€. Maybe I can give this 200€ extra to play the game with a pleasure.  Specs are : Ryzen 5 4500U . RAM 16GB DDR4 . AMD Radeon Graphic Cards. SSD 512GB. But I probably will play only FMTouch 21. Hardware requirements are the same like for regular version ? Maybe I can buy cheaper laptop for FMTouch ? What U think ?

In fairness, looking at notebookcheck, that CPU does score more highly (180th place), and coming with a dedicated graphics card is a nice bonus.

Taking everything into account, it does appear to be a stronger system.  I'm assuming this is a refurbished unit given the parts being used, so make sure you're happy with the warranty, assuming it comes with one.

Without warranty... hmmm not easy to find something on budget and also good for FM 21. I will continue looking. Thank U so much for help. U are a great guy 👍🏻

I would say it really depends on what you're being charged for it.

You've got a 5 year old CPU in there.  Not a bad one in fairness and it still holds up reasonably well.  The graphics card is also a few years old, but the GTX 970 was pretty much top of the range when it came out I believe and would still be fine for FM's graphics.

Yeah from 2015. For 550€. But question is this is better then this what u found ?

It was a bit of trial and error as I don't understand Dutch and the translate function in Chrome wasn't working for me!  But thankfully, I was able to get my head round enough to navigate the sites!

    What about this

    Acer Predator

    • processor: i7 6700HQ

     • videokaart: Nvidia Geforce GTX 970m

     • Werkgeheugen: 16GB DDR4

     • SSD: 128GB

     • HDD: 1.000GB (1TB)

     • Windows 10 pro

     • 15,6 inch scherm, FULL HD

     • Bluetooth/Wifi -Ready

     • 5x USB (3.0)

     • CD/DVD speler/brander

     • Kunstof, zwart, mat

I looked at those sites, not a huge amount on there I'd consider decent within that price range.  A lot of them are the new Intels clocked low like the ones you linked.

Based on what's within that price range, the best one at least to my eyes is this: https://www.coolblue.nl/product/861465/acer-aspire-3-a315-23-r1k8.html

Truth be told though, there's not a huge amount in it between that and the i7 CPU you mentioned - on https://www.notebookcheck.net/Mobile-Processors-Benchmark-List.2436.0.html? the Ryzen 5 3500U is currently ranked 220th and the i7 228th, so they are quite similar in performance based on that.

Yes I think it’s not easy to find something on this websites. Thank u for your input 👍🏻

Honestly, I still wouldn't.  Only just meets the base clock requirements for FM21, and below for FM20 and before.  Again, low TDP means it will get throttled.

Doesn't mean it won't run the game, but I'd prefer to err on the side of caution in case you spend that money and find out the performance isn't satisfactory.

As you gave your budget in Euros, link me some sites that cell laptops in your country and I'll see if I can find anything that would be suitable.

    I live in Netherlands. So my options are : www.mediamarkt.nl / www.wehkamp.nl / www.coolblue.nl

  13. Yea Me too. I cannot play this game. When i see that my player or opponent goes 1vs1 im sure it will be no goal. 21 century ... maybe 8K and 4K with 120Mhz with next gen games and we have something like that.. what a shame shame and again shame for developers ... unbealivable. And i think they dont care about this because they earn $ soo its ok.
