You're correct the AI shouldn't come in again and make a further offer for a player they have already had an offer accepted on.

We think we've now managed to get a good example which is currently with the development team, thanks for your help.

    Happy to help.
Is there a temporary way for me to circumvent the issue so that I can continue my save or do I wait until November 6th?
No worries if there isn't, I'm just wondering.

Hi @NicklasBlack, would you happen to have a save from before the first offer for Xhaka was made so anytime close to 28/6/2024?

Failing that, would you be able to tell us exactly what you did with Xhaka for both offers? E.g. did you use offer via transferroom or were they natural bids? We can see you've used transferroom at some stage, was that before the first offer or before the second one?

Hi, unfortunately I don't have a save file from before the 1st offer was made, but as far as I remember, I used the "Offer via TransferRoom" function and ticked "Transfer list and set player as surplus to requirements".
I did use "Offer via TransferRoom" again after accepting Napoli's 1st offer, in the hopes that someone might offer more.
Using "Offer via TransferRoom" while having already accepted offers shouldn't just erase them, should it?
The second offer just appears after continuing, as if the 1st accepted one never existed.

  3. Hi, my internet isn't good enough to upload a save file, but I can provide the steps to recreate the issue.

    1. Make sure you are in control of all the possible transfer responsibilities.
    2. Find a young player with high potential who's likely to get loan offers.
    3. Put that player on the development list.
    4. Offer the player on loan to clubs, ask for 100% of his wages and target "All clubs from nation" the same nation your club is based in (easier to get offers that way).
    5. Continue and you receive a "Clubs decline to make an offer for ____" message, but the player is now wanted by at least one club most of the time.
    6. Repeat step 4 exactly the same way.
    7. Now you receive offers but the DOF/Loan Manager automatically rejects any offer that's below 100% wages even though you're responsible for accepting/rejecting offers.

Happens to me regardless of save.

    Edit:
The message you get when the DOF/Loan Manager rejects the offers says "I have rejected all the offers on behalf of the management, as I felt the offers didn't match my valuation of the player.".
You can also recreate it by for example asking for 0% of the wages but setting the "Agreed Playing Time" to Star Player. Offers will come with "Agreed Playing Time" of "Important Player" for example and he will automatically reject them.
Basically, unless the offer is exactly what you asked for, or better, he rejects them outright.

  4. Don't know if this has been raised anywhere else but, although he is pretty two footed, I think Nico Williams (Ath. Bilbao) mainly uses his right foot to dribble and pass .
The  game gives him L:20 R:10 but FBRef for example has him listed as right footed (as well as every other site online).
I think a more accurate representation would be something like L:13-15 R:20.

Ps: also, I don't think he specifically "Cut Inside from Both Sides", but rather goes inside or to the byline depending on the behaviour of the opposing defender.

  5. Hi, I hope this is the right place to post this.
Considering Federico Valverde's form and explosion this season I think his attributes are underrated (and I think largely unchanged compared to 22.4.1 right?).
The guy is currently a top 5 all around midfielder and he keeps scoring bangers every week.
His technicals (especially Dribbling, Finishing, Long Shots & Technique) and some of his mentals are definitely in need of an upgrade.
Also I don't think he's particularly known to "Try Long Range Passes" all that often.
