Hi some help the colouring of the rating is not working. Any ideas where this is set?

Anyonne noticed that some leagues tend to do a lot of transfer even if set as view only. Example Saudi arabia willdo a a lot while eg India wont do any. Obviously one factor is money but this is not the only one as changing similar values to india (salary , transfer budget , reputation, transfer preferences) wont increase the numbers. However i was able to spot that is stronly related to the leage file (advanced rules). So if you change there the rules increasing foreing limit remvoving under 21 player rules affect the activity of this league in transfers

@GIMN and @bluestillidie00 Thanks a lot i was able to solve my issues!! Last question in the scouting center the recommendation (A, B C) whre can i located so i can change this (I hope to put different colour for each grading if possible)

Hi I really appreciate you took the time to look into the file and it worked fine! However i bumped to another issue I tried to google and found suggestions on changing the fixture priority to highest but no luck so far. Regarding your comment I havent notice russian grey players to have incorrect names however i will test what will happen on regen date and see if what you are suggesting is the case.
