Wonder if you can help?

I can't even start FM 2019 as the screen at the start is zoomed right in. The maximum screen resolution on my laptop is 1024 x 600.

Is there any way I can zoom out and be able to play FM 2019 on a zoomed out screen or is it a case that I simply can't play the game?

Any help would be much appreciated!
