1. I have FM19 but was disappointed when the game was limiting the value of the squad I was creating. When you say "is certainly possible"; could you please elaborate?

2. The changing of the rules is less of a priority; more of a purist preference on my part but thanks for sharing that link.

I have two specific questions which I am hoping you will be able to answer:

 

1. What is the most recent version of Football Manager (or formerly Championship Manager) that allows you to a) create a club & b) create players without any constraints e.g. financial?

 

2. What is the most recent version of Football Manager (or formerly Championship Manager) that allows you edit the competition rules e.g. qualification parameters for European competitions?
