[Transfering saves from Ipad to Mac]

Hi,

I recently bought FM19 Touch (the Ipad version) on my Ipad from the Apple store.

Now, my brother got FM19 from the Apple store on his Macbook (laptop version).

Is there a way to transfer my saves (the game I'm doing) from the Ipad to my brother's Macbook?

In other words, is there a way I can continue the game I started on FM19 Touch on my Ipad on the FM19 version on my brother's Macbook?
