Unfortunately i've kept playing and the thing sorted itself out, aka i can filter now. If i stumble on it i'll upload a save asap

Yes i don't play games so i holiday at matchday and let the assistant play with my tactics and team

Start an international save (in my case Italy), go into staff responsabilities page, tick those two cathegories then leave the page and go back there, they are again unthicked.

 

I've noticed only because i needed to change the guy that gave the reports of the players and didn't found it, so i've noticed those two are unthicked by default and keep getting unthicked after you leave the page
