I check the job area pretty frequently as I started with zero reputation and I'm trying to get a better job, but the job centre seems to have been stuck for weeks, if not months.
Oxford and Congo have been available for weeks. But if you go into some of these jobs, they already have "caretaker managers" - Dan Neville has been caretaker of Oxford for almost a year. This in itself wouldn't make me suspicious and I suppose it is possible to have a club who can't decide and keep a caretaker for long term, but it seems like even the jobs on "insecure" have been stuck for months also.
It's the same jobs and their status never changes, regardless how well they perform or don't perform in the league.
