When we play with ball, we pass and pass and pass and then comes an absurd shots which mostly hit defenders or very weak and slow shots. I finish the match with 15-20 shots and opponent takes 5-6 shots but results mainly draw or lose... (I know that first of all the team has to get used to the tactics, but you can be sure that I try and bring each one to at least "accomplished")
I have Szoboszlai, Jimenes, Fabio Silva, Renato Sanches, Neves, Zaniolo, Max Aaron etc... Also my defenders are young but strong ones.. So my squad isn't bad.

**I have all 5 star rated coaches and training schedules.
Maybe i'm a really bad gamer or football gods aren't with me
I try for example; HGF P105 for 4-5 games and when the results going bad i change tactic to for exmple V&F 42121. Then change to Warrior, then this and that.. I had never had an experience like; choose the tactic and play very well and get scores from the first match.. So how much time should i need to wait for right tactic? When can I see if the tactic is right for my team? on which match? (first, second, third??) I really need your help..
If anyone in this site can help me, or have examples like me i'll be grateful as well.

So I've spend whole night testing tactics (I'm on vacation calma
).
I've tested the :
VENOM&FAITH NO LOSS
HGFKnap4312P105ECC
HOLYGHOSTFIREKnap4321OXP103FA
So far I've tested 4 leagues (Serie A, La Liga, EPL and French League 1) on vacation mode, no transfer, keep formation and tactics option. The EPL and French Ligue 1 on the picture are 6 matches before season end.

I've picked the 3 'favorites' for relegation in every league except for Fulham (who have a good squad and with most of the tactics are top 6) and Verona (who always end up in top 6 like Fulham).
Also bear in mind that Udinese is picked because on my saves they end up relegated but has a good squad while Spezia and Crotone are realyl weak. In the EPL for me is always the hardest.
My conclusion is that the players are THE MOST important always BUT I would go with HOLYGHOSTFIREKnap4321OXP103FA who did marvelous in all leagues considering player strength in all Leagues except Serie A.
Maybe because HOLYGHOSTFIREKnap4321OXP103FA is 21.3 version
I have to say thanks to @knap for all the tactics and time.....When I have time I might test additional tactics.

HGF P105 is probably a good starting point if you have players for positions.
Are you thinking about the VENOM&FAITH 424 RMD P105 EC?

BTW I tested VENOM&FAITH NO LOSS on 3 teams in Spanish league, 3 in Italian and 3 In England.
No transfers, holiday modes. Granada finished 2nd, Pisa is currently 2nd...

I usually take small teams and make them giants. I'm not a guy who likes home and away tactics etc...
@knap which tactics would you say is the best so far in FM21? I have VENOM&FAITH NO LOSS version but I see you made other versions and tactics these last 2 days for 21.3.
I am looking for a tactics that would work in any club small or big.

I'm using 19.3.5BEOWULF442WAF9P103 with my Harchester. First season I was promoted to Serie A, the problem now is that I leak a lot of goals...I might try positive approach. But I am using wonderkids so I guess the results are ok. Its my second season with this tactics.

Another thing is that the instant result isn't the best way. I'm always watching my matches in highlighted mode on th fastest option.
Most of the tactics are working better in that way.
There are many other improtant things to be known like great staff, training, morale and fitness of your squad..
don't have time actually so I can not explain it like it should be explained, but maybe knap can help out there
The thing was the instant result. I started using the AP-Att with Positive as away tactics and watching matches I won the last 10 matches and the final in the Eu CUP.
Let's see the next season is the key it'll be fourth

it's knap's 4141 with some tweaks. Playing my fourth season with Benfica right now and this really helped me in away matches.
My PA of my team is actually ~145 and I'm rocking it
Thank you, I know my Parma isn't the strongest but I just lost 5-1 from Juventus...
I used to make tactics back in the days on fm14 etc but wow FM has changed, I'm lost....
Maybe the instant result affects the tactics somehow?

Knap bro, whats the difference between Rober tweak and the Pilgrimage Salah 81 goal? They are both underdog tactics. I see that Pilgrimage has Wingers instead of Wide Midfielders but is that the only difference or there's something in the instructions as well ?
