The ability to speak to players in your national pool would be great. For instance, you're an England manager and you see a talented midfielder playing for Fulham. You like the look of him, and he has everything needed to succeed, but he plays for Fulham, so he's not developing as quickly as he would if he were at Man United or Spurs. As manager, it would be great to be able to communicate with him, and say, "Staying at Fulham is hurting your international future. I need you to move because I could use someone like you."
Another feature where you could encourage someone not playing for their club to seek a move away as they are important for your World Cup plans and you need them playing regularly instead of one game a month.
