Yeah I saw that but they are in a lower league so it doesn't make a lot of sense edit - Alians are or were their parent club but they withdrew from the league in 21/22. Is this an oversight then? A data issue? I imagine a lot of the rules in Ukraine are up in the air at the minute anyway edit 2 - Wiki has this - promoted from the 2021–22 Ukrainian Second League - Viktoriya Sumy – merger (debut, in place of Alians Lypova Dolyna) So it looks like they have straight up replaced them so really the promotion restriction or whatever controls the title odds needs to be changed @XaW i'm not sure if you want to maybe move this thread to the Ukraine data issues area?

Okay weird question but does anyone know why Victoriia Sumy are N/A for their promotion odds? Usually it only shows this for teams that cannot be promoted like "B" teams but I can't see a link in their affiliates page that would effect this. Nor is it referenced in the league rules. Am I missing something obvious?

Not specifically but i can tell you that it would be top end for FM if thats what you're asking

Just to add to the general conversation I think its worth mentioning that you can run a lot more active leagues on FM24 than you could on FM23. Early results on the benchmarking thread suggests that if you run all leagues as active on FM24 then its (around) twice as quick as it was in FM23 So if you usually run say 20 active leagues I recon you could easily push that to say 30-40 without any difference in performance.

Makes you wonder if they are prepared to have leagues where promotion isn't possible would they look at adding deeper into the system in the USA?

Thanks for taking the time to comment Graeme. I'm glad these tests have been of some help to you guys. It looks like the prospect of running a fair few leagues are not out of the reach of even those running more modest systems which is fantastic.

I did think about it but its a lot for people to do and in terms of collating the data it complicates things. And of course the chance to compare apples to apples was to good to turn down
