I'm unsure how to qualify these registered teams in the first year of the competition. I tried this, but didn't work, tried messing around in the 'Registered Teams' under the competition rules, that didn't work either. Teams are registered accordingly: 0

I've set up 'Registered Teams' in the competition database for my competition.
I'm unsure how to qualify these registered teams in the first year of the competition.
