Same issue for me in Scotland. Im in my 3rd season. It actually happened last season, but as we were still in beta I hoped it would have been fixed for the full release.

Training and youth facilities are incorrect for Dundee FC. They moved into Gardyne Campus 13 June 2022. Club operations move to Gardyne - Dundee Football Club - Official Website (dundeefc.co.uk) This is a substantial upgrade to facilities and should be reflected in game.
