I am creating a file for a two team save with family. I had the file working until a few days ago. Now one of the teams won't verify for the 3rd stage of the Euskal Liga competition, a secondary division. I've spent a ton of hours on it the past few days and just can't find the error. I am sure it has to do with dates as the secondary division draws from french and spanish teams. However, it was working just a few days ago. I didn't change anything that impacted that competition. Really hoping someone can take a look at this and help me out as I want to get this save started this weekend. Hello, I am trying to make a secondary division ( I want to make 3 for the basque region, I have two in this file). By using secondary divisions I can keep the Spanish and French teams in their primary leagues. However, I cannot get the secondary division Euskal Honor Liga to show in game (level 2). I can make the league in a Spanish nation rules file, but then I cannot get the foreign player rules to be correct if I make the league based in Spain. Hoping for any assistance so I can start this save this weekend. Basque Activation (National) 2.fmf

This was true on the versions prior to FM22, However, now it seems to correctly generate french basque regens without any movement of regions or adding the region to the pays basque nation.
