Hi @brianshea68 If you click on 'FM -> game status' and scroll down under 'selected nations' you'll note that you've changed the drop down for 'manageable teams' to 'nations only'. Change that back to 'all' and you'll be able to apply for jobs again. Russell

Hi @drhoangduc2308 It looks like you've set the target in Jan and the player has played 6 games and scored 10 goals since the target was set. The issue is the player has only played 6 league games since the target was set (2/1/25) so he doesn't feel he's played enough to hit the target set in Jan. The screenshot of his season stats you've provided is for his whole season, but the target won't be measured against the season games/goals, it's set from the point you gave the player the target Hope that makes sense Cheers, Russell

Hi @Purplebleeder Yup, this is working as intended - on the 'training - individual' screen you see the training score for that specific week, where as the one on the tooltip is the average since you set the target and the one the player is measured against. In this case it's been going up so the player is pleased with the progress they're making towards the target and expect to hit it. Hope that makes sense? Russell

Hi @AB-Daveilliers Thanks for posting this, we have been taking a look in to it. It simply looks like the players didn't play enough matches - when you make the initial promise to give youth players meaningful playing time in the first team it's on the 24/11 and there's 30 games left of the season (minimum) and they only play in 11 of those, so around 33% - the board expectation is to give 'meaningful playing time' to at least 2 young players (as shown in the tooltip), so the board are looking for the players to be playing over 50% of the available playing time, as that was the promise you made to them for them agreeing to your request. I will get the refusing to upgrade when they have those visions looked into as it should make them more likely to accept the request, although given the stature of the club and where the facilities are right now they're about what the owner/board would expect them to be. When you're in league 1 they're not going to willingly spend millions on improving youth academies and coaching when it's already at a level either equal to, or above, nearly everyone else in the division. Appreciate you've got a fair bit of money in the bank, but all that (and more) is allocated as transfer budget so they're not going to consider those as funds they can use elsewhere. Cheers, Russell

Hi @CaptainGranit Thanks for the save, it's a big help. When you say 'I played 4 or 5 19-22 years old pretty regularly' who specifically do you mean? I can see Pena has started a lot of games, and at 20-21 he meets the criteria, the rest of the spine of the team are all mid 22 or older (Babec, Jurkovskis, Contreras & Nguena) Many thanks Russell

Hi @Ngoc It's Giacomo Corona in your U20s team - he's got a 'slt' marker as he wants to join Brescia. He's not showing on the under 20s squad dynamics page, as having an 'slt' so will get it looked at why he shows on the 'unhappy player at club' part but not the actual 'issues' section

When you offer the promise in contract talks it will display the position and role there and once the contract is signed if you go to the 'home - promises' screen it tells you in the 'promise' description (and the tooltip if you hover over the description string) the position & role the player expects to play in. Hope this helps Russell
