@Fire_03 Could you please confirm this? Should this be for all Austrian competitions (youth competitions included) or just the senior competitions? Also, should this be limited to max three stoppages or are the 5 substitutes allowed at any time?

This is correct, the new format of the Champions League and Europa League will have 8 fixtures in the League Phase while the Europa Conference League will have 6. This is what has been announced by UEFA.
