I have rebuilt the top 3 division of the Hong Kong League, with large TV Money, Removal for Most cups, and relaxed the Foreigner Limits.
Might be considering to add Dynamic Transfer Deadline soon

I prefer the AFC Club Competitions back when there is no AFC Cup/AFC President Cup, hence why i make a trio of file with the formats of AFC Club Competition before AFC Decided to split it.
1985-199x: 45 Team Qualifying Round (ALL AFC except Mariana and North Korea), followed by 12 team group stage and 4 team knockout.
199x-2002: Same as Above but with the group stage replaced by the 16 team knockout
2002-2003: 54 Teams Qualifying Round (STILL NO MARIANA AND NK), followed by 16 Team GS and 4 team KO

I just overrided every transfer perference of every Countries ingame to all continents 20 perference, so they can do transfer player with other countries more often

Verified from my FM23 Version, This file ensures that Every clubs in game will be doing much more transfers with clubs from other countries/continents.
