I had a bad team talk against Pisa in a friendly in august - and ever since then, at least one of my team members at any given time is still unhappy with it. And when one player decides they don't care any more and are happy to stay, suddenly another first team member cares about it and is now unhappy (even though the player who was initially angry about it hasn't cared for months). Potentially could be that one team member is upset - it spreads to another one as he shares his unhappiness - then when he doesn't care anymore the one it spread to is now the only one annoyed about it.
