they have the worst southampton side since the mid 90s
the burnley side i was playing with was packed with 4.5*+ players thanks to the in game editor.

most formations dont work regardless of tactical set up (4-4-2, 4-2-3-1. 4-2-1-3, 4-3-3)
players dont actually listen to the tactical set up
assistant managers give useless feedback/suggestions regardless of their rep/quality
world class/leading quality players play like they're amateurs0
