it happens in lot of teams . i tried boston united and telford they have the same problem. almost half of the vanarama north have the same issue as well. even big clubs like marseille.. it doesnt make sence at all....at least there should be an option to talk to ur chairman and make him understand... its so annoying dude...

hello started with boston united , have been palying the fourth year , but never have i had the option to upgrade my youth facilities. i play with a friend online , hes in telford united same problem. just checked and there are also many teams in vanarama north that have the same problem. anything we can do to fix that? or any idea why is it happening? i mean i tried with even lower tier (basic) youth facilities, and some teams have the option by the game start , some others dont....
