    So in my first season started off unemployed with no coaching badges, and sunday league playing experience and just going to work my way up the leagues jumping from team to team. Brackley were 18th when i took over, now 5th. previous game was my first defeat in the league other 2 were cup games so am happy. thanks so much knap
