It's hard to answer because it depends on how much worse your team is. i guess you should look at the elite teams in Europe and compare your best players to theirs. Are you kind of on the same level (because eventually you can get there)? Use something for Chelsea. If you are much, much worse, go for the best Luton tactic. The answer I suppose it: it depends on if you are 5 or 15 years into your save. -

For me WOF 4231 VA MC P101 ALL CUPS is the best tactic this patch. Granted I have the best team in the world but we are currently over 240 games unbeaten in all competitions.

Just finished my season playing WOF 4231 ATT MC P105 ALL CUPS on Very Attacking in every game. Finished the season unbeaten in all competitions, winning 64 games and drawing only 3. Currently on a 102 game unbeaten streak.

Striker scoring is less in general so that's not a result of your tweak

WOF 4231 ATT MC P105 ALL CUPS is second tactic only by one point (385 vs 384) so it's still a good tactic. Knap has a column in his doc for Hub test too

It's the best tactic so far in Hub test. The one season sim with a team like Man City is not the best way to look at how good a tactic is, there's so much RNG.

Good results but Haaland only 69 goals? Is striker scoring rates down or just some injury during the sim maybe?

Pretty sure it's relative to other tactics so it's too early to say when there's only 2 tactics on the doc.

It's also affected by the clubs reputation and how AI play against you. But of course more matches => more fatigue and rotation.
