If they're not even League 1 quality, why would you hand them 3 years contract? Keep them if they perform. If not, let them go and sign replacements.

Kepa Arrizabalaga still needs some serious downgrade. His Bravery, Composure, Concentration and Decision should get dropped by 2 pt, which reflect the blunders over his Chelsea career, his reluctance during set piece and incoming crosses, and his ranking as having the worst save percentage in Premier League.

Very good information. It confirms my suspicion of good CM/DM in short supply due to the performance rating system. When youth development relies on match performance, and its rating system is not working properly (goal scorers and passers rated more highly than defending), then defenders are less developed than attackers. Consequently, the ones that stand out thanks to naturally high CA/PA get the big money.

Serge Gnabry
He improved a lot in 19-20 season with 40+ games in each of last 2 seasons, but his stats are mid-table tier and he gets dropped/sold by FCB in most saves.

I have 22 for first team in which team A and team B rotate every match or so.
Reserve team is composed of U21. This team would have 11 wonderkids, some from academy, some loaned from other clubs. With max training facility, they develop pretty well over the season, and usually reach first team level the next season.

In FM, chances mean clear cut chances. The way that SI decides which one to count as clear cut and which one not is mysterious and subjective.
In real life, that stat counts all chances, clear cut or not.

Most on the England national team is overrated.
Most of the Germany national team are underrated. Only their GK are rated properly.
Comparisons between these 2 nations in tournament results and their players' CA/PA show how badly biased SI "researchers" are.

Is it only my saves or Barcelona tends to spend 230+ millions of euro on de Bruyne on most saves? I know they did spend stupid amounts on Coutinho and Dembele before, but how do they still have this much money for KdB without selling anyone?

You must be new to football manager. SI don't release patches beyond March. If you don't like the bugs, tough luck. Wait and buy the next year edition in November.

Keep them if you have good facilities and coaches.
Sending them to clubs with bad facilities and coaches hurt their development.

Arsenal isn't a big club. The reputation gap between Barca and Arsenal is quite large.

IMO that really depends on the opposition. If they're defending their box, then having 1 holding mid and 2 roaming should be fine. You don't need 2 holding mid against a low block team.
In contrast, if you're playing against a narrow diamond opposition, then it might be a bad idea. You should be adapting to each match because there's no one-style-fit-all tactic.

There's no coded inflation, but after a decade in game, most big clubs have 3-5 times the transfer budget they started with at the beginning, because their bank account keep building up over 1 billion.
