I believe I found the problem apparently the game is "staging" according to my task manager.

I have tried all of them I have no idea what I can do or what the issue is.

I click continue and the dial just spins, over and over. I've cleared the cache. Deleted the cache and preferences folders and it just keeps happening. I have also uninstalled the game.
Anyone got any ideas what could be wrong.
Spent like 20 minutes watching a youtube lets play whilst it just span around not advancing.

They weren't unlocking for me either. But once I quit the game, it then did a sync (like PSN does) and then they showed on my xbox profile. So its not instant like with other windows games that used them in the past or the xbox itself.
Did another session, still no achievements unlocking, hoping this is just some kind of delay issue.

Hmm. You'll probably have to contact Microsoft support to ask if they are aware of any issues with them unlocking. SI wont be able to help with that.
The only thing I can think of stopping it from working was playing my save files from the steam version. But that should not effect achievements since I am fulfilling the requirements on the windows 10 version.

And then install the game from that app using a Microsoft account, and then launch the game from the xbox app? Only way to get the achievements.
I did all of that, spent a while downloading windows and installing it. Then downloaded the game from the Beta app and launched it from there too. It has now tracked my gametime (51minutes so far) but nothing on the two achievements I should have got, for keeping a clean sheet and buying a player.

How do I get the achievements to work? Just got a clean sheet and got nothing for it.......

I have saves with 350k+ players on the last FM and they got well into the 2030s will no delays like this at all. And I tried being patient, I had to wait over an hour for it to advance a day. Then it worked normally, played a match and then it did it again.
The fact that it can still move forward properly at times doesn't convince me that the player count is the issue, myself and plenty of players do this especially Lets Players on Youtube. And my computer has handled it without issue until now.
I've actually gone back to my FM19 save which is done in the same way and that is in 2030 and it is running fine.
