[FM 22- unable to upgrade youth facilities]

Hello, I have a problem on FM 22. Since the beginning of the save I'm unable to upgrade my youth facilities, even though I do have quite a lot of money and my club has developing youngsters as a focus. Training facilities develop just fine. Any ideas on why is that happening?

Hi, I made an enquiry for a player, the club responded with an o, price, but terrible clauses. I would like to cancel the trade offer and send a new one, but when i click to cancel and then go on to send a new transfer offer, the previous one with bad clauses appears as if i've never cancelled it. Am I missing something?

Well, after having a pretty OK season I was suddenly allowed to give part-time contracts. Guess the board has seen potential for some success and made that decision. Maybe someone having the same issue as me will find this information useful.

It also depends on what the league is set as I've found. Some leagues are amateur only, even if your team is semi-pro. It usually happens in custom lower league databases if they are not set. I experienced the same in a lower league England save a while back, but then I could suddenly give semi-pro deals when I got promoted into a certain tier (can't remember which though).

Other teams in my league have players on part-time contracts though, but maybe if I somehow get promoted something will change.

Hi, I'm currently playing a semi-pro club in polish 5th division and my problem is that I can only offer my players the non-contract deals which allow any club to simply come in and take my amazing 5 star players for free. Is it a bug, is it supposed to be like that and what can I  do to be able to offer part-time contracts to my players?
