Unable to view details or negotiate a transfer/Loan offer received through intermediary

Same, on a number of occasions (possibly every time, but cannot be 100% certain). However I can accept the offer from the transfer centre (clicking though from the sidebar icon).

F7 Shortcut goes to Squad Screen

F7 should take you to scouting page, but sends you to the squad page (jsut like F3 does). Checked the shortcuts in preferences and everything is liked up correctly but doesn't send you to the correct page.
