I sold Levi Colwill to Dortmund on the 7th of August and after a match on the 9th of August I was asked in a post-match press conference if I would be willing to loan Colwill to Dortmund as apparently the Dortmund manager was asked about his interest in him. I did upload my save file, a picture of the question and the game recording to the cloud as stated.

In a post-game press conference, I was asked a question that person#2 received compliments as seen in the screenshot. I've uploaded 3 files via your OwnCloud, all of them called PressConference_iFlo5. One of them is the screenshot (.png), then also the savegame (.fm) and then last but not least the match recording (.rec). The question was number 9 out of 9 I was asked. In case it is needed how I answered the 8 questions beforehand, I could look them up. Kind regards, iFlo5

So basically, the header of the news is wrong. It reads "Premier League: Man Utd exact revenge over Man Utd", however it should read "Premier League: Man Utd exact revenge over Liverpool". It isn't that far into the save and I'm not managing either of these two clubs and as seen in the screenshot I was playing at a later time on the same day as this match. While I do know I'm using a real name mod and a logo mod, pressing the link behind the team's names both lead me to the same team, Manchester United, so this shouldn't be a bug caused by the mods.
