  1. I have installed the above and made a few changed and saved those into the editor data file. When I start a new game I can see the changes I have made. The issue I have is when I click on any player I cannot amended their stats, the in game editor button or whatever isn't on the menu so I can't change anything.

I have went onto preferences and the box is ticked that says show in game editor on the menu. Anyone able to help?

  2. Was wondering if anyone else has had issues with the game speed of their season. Mines runs fine, then when I hit Jan 23 a day takes ages. I have 12 leagues load as playable and a large database but I have never had this issue in previous FM's and I loaded the same amount of leagues and players from the database. I have read that a few players have had similar issues.

  3. I know in previous FM's you could go onto a page that would list the tallest and shortest player in your club along with highest earner, lowest earner and the number of international players at your club and many more stats involving your club.

I can't find this page in FM23. Would anyone know where the page is located?

1 - nobody knows when the next patch hit. Could be suddenly next week, could be after the january transfer window.... It depends a bit on how eager you are too play. Id just say dont start your main longterm save yet, although any patch released should be savegame compatible.

2 - yes, In gaming these days id say 16GB is a minimum you need for a smooth experience (even though FM is mostly processor heavy). But ram isnt stupidly expensive, you cant do much wrong

Thanks for coming back to me. Yeah I've seen various forums stating that the patch could hit anytime. I am trying remember when last year's came out. I think I am right in saying they released a patch for the touch version this week, maybe I am being optimistic in thinking the patch may drop sooner rather than later.

RAM upgrade have little effect. CPU updates are most effective. But your PC can easily handle 8-9 leagues.

I would recommend waiting for the patch as it may be less than a week away, even though it will fix match engine, these fixes are save-game compatible, but still you can wait a few days to be safe.

I have AMD Ryzen 5 5600H and play with 108 leagues from 25 countries lol. Wait time is still very much acceptable.

Thanks for coming back much appreciated, 108 leagues from 25 countries that's a lot haha. How many players do you have loaded in the game?

  6. Hello

I was wanting to gauge advice from fellow players, 2 questions here.

    1. Is it worthwhile just now starting a new save or hang off until SI release the newest patch?

    2. My PC has 8GB RAM, would upgrading to machine to 16GB be worthwhile?

In terms of my saves I like to load a large database and have 8 or 9 playable leagues, but only the top divisions of those leagues.

My PC is a All in One and it's 6 years old, Windows 10, Intel Core i5-6200 CPU @ 2.30GHz

Hi guys, do you know if a facepack cut out folder of J1, J2 and J3 players will come out? I have the football manager 22 Japan facepack folder but of course there are all different IDs and it would take too much time to fix them

Read the main post and you'll see.

I've seen that happen to a few teams. Do you have any graphics packs installed? I found that the graphics in question were missing from the pack (but the teams I had problems with were L1O). As @yellowsweatygorillasaid, this isn't to do with his file.

Yeah I have another graphics pack with tons of logos, so I'll go onto there and view the logo for Atletico

thats because karin updated the players file. will have a complete facepack soon

No worries at all thanks for

Just something I noticed earlier on, I noticed when I start a new game and start in any European League and untick the J League FM 23 November that the Japanese players at their club teams have contract end dates of Dec 23, 24 and 25 which is fine.

When I tick the J League FM23 November file in the Editor Data and start in a European league that's when all the contract end dates revert back to Dec 23.

it is already much stabler that last year and theres so much more in it. im just adding in 2022 league/cup histories and league histories for the 14 to be new regional 1/2 teams then fix the 20 japanese players that tranfered to europe since july (so that players like Daizen Maeda will be at celtic etc) and then I will upload.

If you update Maeda won't that mean that there's a duplicate because he's already at Celtic at the start of the game?

Sorry if I'm reading this wrong.

If I download your files on here and go to Celtic will Maeda only appear once, same with any other Japanese player who's moved to European teams in the summer

new one coming out in a few days thats bigger than the last one. finally made a script that should automatically update itself. only on the discord though

Nice one, look forward to it. So if we start with a Japanese start date but include multiple leagues in the save for example choose a German team the Japanese teams players contracts will be fine?
