I think I have seen in this in FM22. I believe Tier 7 is just pool of teams instead of individual divisions. I had: Northern Premier League Premier: (0 Teams) Southern League Premier Central: (2 Teams) Basford United and Hednesford Town Southern League Premier South: (5 Teams) Gosport, Chesham United, Merthyr Town, Hendon and Truro City Isthmian League Premier: (1 Team) Lewes

Cymru Premier play offs seem to be entering the Welsh Cup winner, but shouldn't be as they've already qualified for Europe In this example. In the 2023/24 season, then the play offs were not run at all. Likely from a too low European coefficient. However, in real life 2021/22 season still had the play offs but the winner entered the Scottish Challenge Cup. This was instead of the Cymru Premier Runners Up entering the competition.
