@karanhsingh - good season so far - bad luck to be paired with Crotone - fingers crossed you can hold on, win at Crotone and come top of the division....

yes i always found the Italian Serie C Cup as more of a pre-season workout. it's all about the league in Serie C

Seeing all of the recent progress and people taking on the challenge is making me wish i'd had a more successful and enjoyable save on this years' game. Possibly too late to take it on now, plus have a semi-successful save as the Owls i'm in at the moment.

Cheers. Just got knocked out of the Serie C cup in the group stage to rivals Catania - as far as I can see based on alphabetical order
As both teams had 4 points, 3 scored & 1 conceded. Amazing - first time that's happened for me!
That's tough going! Was it head to head results? How did you do against Catania?

Getting this guy next summer - will be the first new-gen to join. Senegalese with Italian dual nationality. Exciting!
looks a decent prospect.....

@Muggert - congratulations on the Europa League win! Love an injury time equaliser! (if it's for me anyway) and a dominant win in extra time. Like the look of Izo...
@ashton430 - looking forward to seeing how you get on next season. Why are you 'insecure'?
@Balahara - sorry to hear about the mix-up in Denmark. Better luck in Turkey.
@Andy Sava - stroke of luck making Europe but who cares! Enjoy and good luck on both fronts next season.

I think you got the words a touch muddled. Gave me a slight chuckle
Great to see so many more people getting involved now. At one point it felt like I was nearly the only person slogging away at it, so the fact I have to scroll back a couple of pages to copy/paste my last update makes me very happy. Wishing everyone the greatest of successes.
I agree Biscotti. Good to see more playing recently. No time for me to take on the challenge again at this stage of the year, but i will definitely be trying again next game. Got frustrated early on and went away to hone my skills and between having some success with Sheffield Wednesday and a lack of time at times i haven't managed to get back to the challenge.

Nice one. Team looks good. Still have Penney as well?
I do, but he's not currently in the Premier League squad unfortunately.

@ashton430 - i think for this version of FM we should keep the thread to European nations only. I wouldn't be adverse to expanding the thread to other continents on the next version if the demand is there and there aren't other threads for those continents. Good luck in Germany.
@Andy Sava - unlucky this season with the backwards step. hoping that this is only a blip and that you can recapture your form next season.

still personally playing as the Owls. into September 2022. Just finished 9th in first premier league season. Chansiri went but no sugar daddy. finances ok. Dawson the only current first team member in the first team. a lot have gone but a few remain in the squad (and out of it).

great first season @ashton430. good luck next season with the big boys.

seriously unlucky there @ashton430. not sure that this is deserved. You were unlucky going down and did well to bounce straight back. good luck in what you do next.

love the update! looking forward to seeing which striker you go for. As for the bookies and their odds, what do they know???

well done @Muggert. First trophy in the bag. Now for the title and European success. If i remember correctly with my Oviedo save a few years ago, the Champions League was 'easier' than La Liga...

congratulations @Muggert! Enjoy Europe next season...

well done @Rumple43. It'll be interesting to see what happens on the takeover front. I had a takeover on my game (second season i think). No sugar daddy though.

keep going @Biscotti i can sense that you are in the home stretch now. Moving into your new stadium as the champions of Europe would be a dream. Love Telmo Silva - looks a beast of a striker. Is there much interest in him?

yeah well done @Muggert - great first season in La Liga

congratulations @Muggert - fantastic achievement. good luck next season. Rober had a great season for you and Lucca is a giant of a striker!

great write up as usual @Rumple43, and good to see some progress. I personally am struggling a little for goals right now, and am hoping for a good January window to see if i can kick start form in my game. You offer some things to consider in your save. keep it up!

finally got chance to read your story after discussing it in the Sheffield Wednesday thread. It was a great read. Good luck next season. I have found it VERY tough so far in the Premier League and had a few niggling doubts about trying something else but you have convinced me to keep on going.
