  3. I forgot to mention, but when we promoted to championship, they demanded higher wages (which i can understand), than after six months, they again demanded higher wages. And now, six months later, again...
  4. I'm on a save with Boston United and i'm starting my second year in the Championship. But most players demand a higher salary within 6 months after they signed their previous contract. They also demand way higher salaries than i can offer, so they get unhappy because i cant give them a new contract. This is really annoying. I can understand dat after a few years players demand higer wages, but not every 6 months! Even just regular players are unhappy and demand salaries way higher than my current highest payed player.
  5. Hi, my average salary is €376 a week (highest is €550 a week), league average is €383 a week (highest is €1.8k a week). And the reputation difference isn't that big. My reputation is 2597, the reputation of Buxton is 2297.
  6. Another example, Nathan Delfouneso when i offer him a contract he starts with 1.1k a week, doesn't really want to negotiate (this time i didnt have te budget, so i couldn't sign him anyway, but it just shows how bad this is. Then Buxton signs him for 240 a week...
  7. For reference, when i got noticed that Worthing offered Kirby a contract, that was the moment i also tried to offer him a contract, but he didnt want an offer from me (screenshot), so it is not that i tried to sign him months ago, then i would understand he took a low offer.
  8. I'm in my first year as Boston United manager in the VNN. I'm obviously looking for free players, but everytime when I offer them a contract, they demand a ridiculous wage of usualy more than 1k a week, which I cant afford. Then some other (lower reputation) team offers him a contract nearly free and they accept that. This happened almost with every player i couldn't get. I have screenshots off an example. I wanted to sign 'Nya Kirby' but he didnt want to get an offer because he thought 'i didnt have enough funds'. Then Worthing signs him on €275 a week... I still have wage budget for another 500 a week, but he still didnt want an offer from me, but went to a worse rated club for less instead... This is just one example, but this happends all the freaking time...Other i wanted to sign George Dowling, but wanted 1.4k a week, then signs for peterborough sports for 70 a week.
  9. Hello, I couldn't find a thread about this, so I made one. Its bugging me out since the start of works permits in England and it hasnt changed since. I start most saves in the lower leagues in England (I'm now with Boston United in the Championship). In de lower leagues, you cant sign (most) foreign players because of the work permit legislation. But a lot of times the scouts recommends a foreign player I cant sign. Why do they recommend it when I cant sign them? If I know I cant sign him, surely my Head Scout will know. Stop wasting time on players I cant sign. Same for the Recruitment meeting during transferseasons. There wil be alot of foreign players I cant sign. If i cant sign them, dont show them. Its really frustrating when they recommend a briliant player, which you cant sign then. Same for when I ask my DoF for suitable players to sign or hire. He wil alot of times come up with players I cant sign for my team, so just dont name them. Also, normally when you offer a contract, a red lint is shown underneath telling me the players most likely wont get a works permit. But sometimes it doesnt show that, but when you apply for a work permit, it get denied. Why's that? Why isnt it telling me from te beginning.
