I've also set up a 4-1-3-1-1ish version for tough away games, which uses a balanced mentality, pulls the AMCR to MCR (CM/Att) and changes a few other things.
Would you be able to share that? I'd love to try it

I've been using this with Parma to great success. Plays some really attractive football. It did well in Serie B but to be honest we were predicted first so I wasn't sure how it would work in Serie A when we're a small fish but to my shock it's started superbly! Haven't made any changes to the tactic but i have set up a second version of the tactic with less pressing and no counter pressing to try and stop my players dying First season it was fine with 5 subs but with only 3 my players are really struggling by the 70 min mark so I've switched out to the second tactic to try and save the legs. The only position that isn't really working well for me is the inverted winger, I find they often get 6.4/6.5 averages and don't seem to contribute a lot. I tried playing a CM out there a few times as a wide playmaker and had some success, particularly in bigger matches.

There are a few good articles on Dictate the Game talking about legendary players and who can best fit that role in the modern game. This was the last one but the others are linked in the intro Mirror the Magic - 4 - Park Ji-sung - Dictate The Game

Really enjoyed your FM20 thread so been trying this out with Las Palmas. I'm absolutely dominating possession (70% on average and I've even played the league favourites) but I'm creating almost nothing. I've only managed over 1xG in a single match so far unfortunately. Feels like they should have a pretty good team for it, a lot of creative midfielders.

Going to give this a go with Leipzig I think (first team I could think of that has an abundance of '10s' in Olmo, Nkunku, Szoboszlai and Forsberg) Feels like they should be a good fit.
Couple of questions, do you think Laimer is technically skilled enough for the Carrilero role in this tactic? Also I noticed in the article you had the striker as a complete forward but in the download above you switched it to an advanced forward, any reason?
Also other than Plays one-twos, can you talk about any Player traits you'd look to train or look to remove for any roles in this tactic? It's one part of FM I'm never particularly confident about.
